About Us
Our Story
Cole Construction, Ltd is a local, family run construction company that specializes in the building of semi-custom single family homes. Roy Cole started the company in 1984 when he built his family's home in beautiful Pueblo West. Since then, every home built by Cole Construction, Ltd has been carefully designed and meticulously put together to produce a masterpiece for customers who want luxurious, modern amenities at an affordable price.
Roy's passion for building homes has been passed on to his son, Chris, who oversees the construction of every home for the company. Our homes include energy-efficient design and standard features that other companies consider upgrades. We truly build each home as if it were our own!
